FAQ
Common questions
How can I tell if a company is hard to cancel?
Search the company above. Cancel Atlas scores how clearly each company publishes its cancellation policy from 0–100 (grade A–F), based on five disclosed-policy dimensions, each cited to the company's own pages and dated.
What does the score mean?
It rates how clearly the cancellation policy is published — A (≥85) is clearly documented, F (<40) is opaque. It measures disclosure, not yet the behavioural experience of cancelling (that audit is pending). It is opinion grounded in cited facts, not legal advice.
Is this legal advice?
No. Cancel Atlas is an independent, evidence-cited index for general information. It is not legal advice and does not assert any company has broken the law.
How can a company correct or be removed from a listing?
Each company page has a “request a correction” link. Corrections are reviewed against the cited source; removal requests are honoured.

3 companies we checked publish no cancellation page at all
A clear, self-serve cancellation page should be table stakes. These were checked and none was found — they’re ungraded, because this is the absence of a policy, not an F. We name them to push the standard forward, and we’ll score each one the day it publishes a real cancellation page. See the watchlist →
