To cancel (terminate) a postpaid mobile number, customers must visit an AIS Shop in person with a government-issued ID (with religion, ethnicity, and blood type fields redacted as of September 2025). Add-on packages can be cancelled via the myAIS app (Package menu > Cancel package) or via USSD codes. No notice period or refund/proration policy is publicly disclosed for postpaid termination. Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
