For add-on or value-added service subscriptions, customers can cancel via USSD codes, SMS keywords, the Ana Vodafone app (MoneyBack Guarantee feature), or by calling 888. No notice period or refund/proration terms are publicly disclosed on the official website. Data deletion requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].
