To switch and keep your number, text PAC to 65075, call 0800 800 150, or use My BT; to switch without keeping it, text STAC to 75075 (or via call / My BT). Both codes are valid 30 days and, if unused, your BT service continues as normal. If you cancel without switching you must give at least 30 days' notice (even after the minimum term ends) and are charged for that 30-day notice period on your final bill. An early-termination/cancellation charge applies if you leave before the minimum term ends. BT issues your final bill within ten days of the number being cancelled or the switch completing.
