Per Lebara's AGB for Laufzeitvertraege (Stand 01.06.2023, Ziffer 7), a contract can be cancelled with one month's notice to the end of the agreed minimum term; if not cancelled in time it auto-renews and can then be terminated any time with one month's notice (consistent with post-Dec-2021 German monthly-cancellation law). Cancellation must be in text form (Textform). Lebara runs a dedicated Kuendigung page offering an online cancellation form, phone (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00), and a 24/7 chatbot. Number portability (Rufnummernmitnahme) is free and must reach Lebara no later than one month after contract end. Any prepaid credit remaining at contract end is refunded within one month of the final bill.
