How hard is it to cancel Community Fibre?
Community Fibre scores 98/100 (grade A) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the GB — among the most clearly documented cancellation policies we've scored. Cancellation is available via phone.
To cancel, customers must call Community Fibre on 0800 082 0770 and give 30 days' notice, whether in or out of the minimum contract term. New customers have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel free of charge and receive a full refund of charges paid (excluding setup/installation), processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Cancelling within the minimum term triggers an Early Termination Fee equal to the monthly bill multiplied by the number of months remaining; equipment must be returned or charges apply (router GBP 56, ONT GBP 40, voice ATA GBP 30, Netgem TV box GBP 80, remote GBP 15), with a final bill due within 30 days.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
