Cancel or withdraw

A subscriber's one-stop control to stop billing or exercise the right of withdrawal.

We rate cancellation friction for a living, so cancelling here is meant to be effortless. There are two ways to leave:

• Cancel a subscription (anyone, anytime). Open the billing portal, enter your email, and click “Cancel subscription” — it takes effect at the end of your paid period and stops all future charges. One click, no email needed.
• Withdraw within 14 days (EU & UK consumers). You may cancel for any reason, without penalty, within 14 days of starting — using the notice below.

Fill this in and we'll open a pre-written email to [email protected]. A clear statement is all the law requires — you don't have to use this form, but it makes sure we have what we need. We confirm receipt immediately and, for valid withdrawals, refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
