Last reviewed 2026-06-05 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Zwift memberships can be cancelled online at zwift.com/cancellation or through account settings at my.zwift.com; Apple/Google subscribers must cancel through their respective app store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (access continues until then), and members must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Monthly memberships receive no refunds; annual memberships include a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers only. A pause option (up to 90 days) is available for monthly members billed directly by Zwift, but not for all payment types or annual plans.

How to cancel Zwift

  • Channels: online (self-serve), in-app
  • Official cancellation page: https://support.zwift.com/en_us/canceling-your-membership-Sky82qONr
  • Pause/freeze: available — Monthly members billed directly through Zwift can pause for 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days (some sources say 1–8 weeks). Pause is not available for all payment types (e.g., some third-party billing); annual plan members cannot pause. Membership auto-resumes after the selected period.
  • Account/data deletion: Permanent account deletion is available via zwift.com/delete-account (requires login). Deletion immediately terminates the subscription and removes all progress/data. Standard cancellation (without deletion) preserves progress and allows reactivation. https://zwift.com/delete-account

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
