How to cancel Zoosk

- Official cancellation page: https://help.zoosk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009776560-How-do-I-cancel-my-subscription
- Pause/freeze: available, Zoosk offers an account pause that hides your profile from other members while preserving your connections and message history, but your subscription continues to bill normally during the pause.
- Refund policy: https://help.zoosk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009837799-What-is-Zoosk-s-refund-policy
- Account/data deletion: Users can request permanent account deletion by emailing [email protected] with identity verification; deletion is irreversible (profile, connections, and coin balances are permanently removed with no refund). A softer deactivation option also exists which hides the profile but allows reactivation by logging back in. Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
