How hard is it to cancel Zomato Gold?

Zomato Gold is a paid recurring membership that auto-renews on expiry against the saved payment method unless the member cancels first. Members can cancel in-app via the Account/Gold plan page or app settings > membership > cancel membership at any time before expiry. Once purchased the membership is non-transferable and non-refundable. After cancellation it will not auto-renew and unredeemed offers remain usable until the validity period ends. No pause feature is documented.
