How hard is it to cancel ZOE?

ZOE members in the UK can cancel auto-renewal at any time via their account dashboard at zoe.com/account (Manage > Cancel auto-renewal) or through the in-app Membership settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. A 14-day full refund cooling-off right applies both on initial purchase and after each automatic renewal, with email to [email protected] as the contact route. There is no documented option to pause or freeze a membership. Data deletion requests are handled under UK GDPR via [email protected] or the self-service portal at privacy.zoe.com/zoe.
