How hard is it to cancel Zing Coach?

Members cancel in the app under Manage Subscription in settings, or on the website by logging in and opening Account Settings then Subscription then Manage Subscription then Cancel Subscription. App store subscribers cancel through the store; uninstalling does not cancel.
