Zigpoll is a Shopify-billed app whose own Terms & Policies govern cancellation. A monthly customer may terminate by cancelling via the Settings page on the Dashboard, or either party may give written notice of non-renewal at least one month before the end of the current Subscription Term. All fees are stated to be non-refundable except in limited warranty, service-level, and indemnification scenarios, where a pro-rated refund of pre-paid fees for the terminated portion is the sole remedy. If a trial customer does not enter a paid term, access ends at the end of the trial. Following termination the customer loses access to its data and Zigpoll may delete stored data; users may also request erasure or export of personal information by email.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
