How hard is it to cancel ZenMate?

ZenMate subscriptions can be cancelled online via the account dashboard (zenmate.com/dashboard → Transactions → Cancel Subscription); iOS and Android subscribers cancel through their respective app stores. Cancellation must be completed at least one day before the billing cycle renews; premium access continues until the end of the current paid period. A 30-day money-back refund window applies from the date of purchase — requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] with payment details. No subscription pause or proration is offered, and app-store purchases are subject to Apple's or Google's own refund processes.
