How hard is it to cancel Zapier?

To cancel, users must navigate to the Billing and usage page and select the Free plan — there is no dedicated cancel button. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, so access to paid features continues until that date. All Zapier subscriptions are explicitly non-refundable with no proration for unused time, including annual plans. Pay-per-task overage charges from the final billing cycle may still be billed after cancellation.

• Account/data deletion: Users can permanently delete their account and all associated data (Zap content, Zap runs, workflows) via Settings > Security and data > Delete my account.
