Cancellation is self-service: users cancel anytime from the billing portal in their dashboard, and Pro feature access is revoked only at the end of the current billing cycle. Youform operates a no-refund policy except for technical issues with the platform. For yearly plans, a refund is given on a pro-rata basis excluding the month of cancellation and payment-gateway charges; for monthly plans, a refund is given after deducting payment-gateway charges. Technical-issue refund requests are handled via Youform support email.
