How hard is it to cancel Yazio?
Yazio scores 70/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app, email.
Yazio PRO subscriptions must be cancelled through the same platform used to purchase: web subscribers cancel at yazio.com/app/account or by emailing [email protected]; iOS subscribers must cancel via Apple App Store settings; Android subscribers must cancel via Google Play Store. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing period but does not trigger a refund, except that web-purchased subscriptions carry a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under German law. No pause or freeze option is available. Yazio does not offer a dedicated FTC-compliant simple cancellation mechanism for US subscribers, the process mirrors EU consumer rules.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
