Yango's primary paid subscription (Yango Plus / Yango Play) can be cancelled at any time through three self-serve paths: (1) In-app via My Yango > your name > Subscription > Cancel Subscription > Unsubscribe; (2) Google Play Store account subscriptions; (3) Apple App Store Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Critically, logging out, deleting the account, or uninstalling the app does NOT cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until then. Refunds for iOS purchases must be requested directly from Apple Support; for Android purchases, from Google Play Support. Yango itself does not document a direct refund window. Individual ride cancellation fees apply if the driver has arrived and is waiting, or if 10 minutes pass without passenger arrival; no cancellation fee if driver arrival estimate increases by more than 2 minutes.
