How hard is it to cancel Wyze?
Wyze scores 80/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
Wyze Cam Plus and other Wyze Services subscriptions are cancelled at my.wyze.com/account/services by selecting Manage Subscription, Edit, then Cancel subscription; subscriptions bought through the app store must be cancelled there. The subscription stays active until the end of the pay period, does not auto renew, and no prorated refunds are issued.
