How hard is it to cancel WP Engine?

Cancellation must be initiated online by the account Owner via the User Portal (Billing section), using a cancellation form; support agents cannot start the process. A 30-day advance notice is required; the plan is not renewed and access plus all content are deleted after that period. Standard plans (Startup, Professional, Growth, Scale) include a 60-day money-back guarantee if the refund is requested at the time of the cancellation notice; all other fees are non-refundable per the Terms of Service. No pause or freeze option is offered.
