WOW (formerly Sky Ticket) complies with German §312k BGB by providing a mandatory Kündigungsbutton accessible from the homepage footer and within 'Mein Konto → Meine Abos', click 'Abo beenden' to cancel online. Cancellation can also be made by phone (089 99 72 79 00), email ([email protected]), live chat (daily 08:00-22:00), or postal mail to Sky Deutschland Fernsehen GmbH & Co. KG, 22033 Hamburg. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (30-day cycle for monthly plans; end of 12-month term for annual plans); users must cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal. No pro-rata refund is issued, access continues until the last day of the paid period.

Submit via the privacy/data rights help page; WOW sends a confirmation link (valid 48 hours) and processes the request within 30 days.
