WoW subscriptions are cancelled online only: log in to Battle.net account management, go to Games & Subscriptions, click Manage next to the WoW account, then click Cancel Subscription. No notice period is required, cancellation can be done at any time and access remains active through the end of the current billing cycle. Subscriptions are explicitly non-refundable, though a case-by-case refund review process exists. A pause option (1-6 months) is available as an alternative to full cancellation, delaying the next renewal date without freezing active game time.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
