How hard is it to cancel Woop?

Woop (New Zealand meal-kit service) has no contract and lets customers cancel, pause, switch plans or skip deliveries from their account at any time before the midnight-Monday cut-off; cancellations cannot be processed for already-confirmed deliveries. Pausing for a set period or indefinitely is offered as an alternative.
