WOM Chile customers can cancel ("dar de baja") their mobile plan online through the MIWOM web portal — not the mobile app — by navigating to Ayuda > Solicitudes y reclamos > Baja voluntaria; cancellation takes effect the next business day. Alternatively, cancellation can be initiated by calling 103 (from a WOM line) or +56 22 337 7600, via WhatsApp chat, or in person at a WOM branch. Customers with outstanding device installment payments must either complete monthly payments or pay the remaining balance as a lump sum. No refund or proration details are explicitly published, but the bill covers usage from the last billing cycle start through the cancellation date.
