Wolt+ is a monthly/annual auto-renewing membership (zero delivery fees above thresholds, reduced service fees, retail discounts). Members self-serve cancel any time before the renewal date in the 'manage membership' tab of their Wolt profile. Monthly and yearly subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for mid-cycle cancellation, but access continues to the end of the paid cycle. Trial users who cancel within the first 48 hours of their first paid period may get a full refund by emailing support, and EU consumers retain a 14-day withdrawal right. No pause feature is documented.
