For App Store and Google Play payments, auto-renewal must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date; for credit-card plans the renewal date is fixed by contract length. Paid members must stop auto-renewal before they can withdraw, and deleting the app does not stop billing. No documented partial-period refund or pause option.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
