with (with, Inc., Japan) requires paid members to stop auto-renewal through the channel matching their payment method: Apple ID via App Store subscriptions, Google Play via the Play Store, and credit-card subscriptions via the browser version. For App Store and Google Play payments, auto-renewal must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date; for credit-card plans the renewal date is fixed by contract length. Paid members must stop auto-renewal before they can withdraw, and deleting the app does not stop billing. No documented partial-period refund or pause option.
