How hard is it to cancel Wistia?

Wistia subscriptions can be cancelled entirely online by an Account Owner via Settings > Cancel, with a choice to cancel immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations, downgrades, or unused service portions. For paid plans, either party must provide at least 2 months' notice prior to the end of the current term to decline auto-renewal. Data retention after cancellation is at Wistia's discretion, and no account pause option exists; customers may downgrade to a Free plan as an alternative.
