How hard is it to cancel Wisp?

Wisp subscriptions can be cancelled online via the patient portal (Subscriptions section) or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation must be received at least 48 hours before the next renewal date or it will not be honored and the charge will proceed. All sales are final; refunds are not offered except at Wisp's sole discretion for limited circumstances (out-of-stock, damaged, or undelivered products). No pause or freeze option is documented.
