WindTre customers can cancel mobile or fixed contracts via online document-upload form (download, sign, upload with ID), phone call to 159, registered mail (A/R) or PEC email to [email protected], or in-store at an authorised WindTre shop. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after the request is received; a 14-day no-penalty cooling-off right applies within 14 days of activation (proration applies if service has already started). No standalone self-service one-click cancel button exists — the online form requires downloading a PDF, signing it, and uploading it with an identity document. Outstanding device-instalment balances and traffic charges up to disconnection remain due; Italian consumer law (Codice del Consumo) mandates the 14-day withdrawal right and prohibits lock-in beyond the notice period.
