Willow TV offers monthly ($9.99) and annual ($79.99) subscriptions that auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Direct subscribers can cancel online via Account Settings ("Cancel Recurring Billing"), through the relevant app store (iOS/Android), or by emailing [email protected]; those who subscribed via third-party providers (Sling, Dish, etc.) must cancel through that provider. A refund is available only if cancelled within 24 hours of a monthly purchase or 48 hours of an annual purchase and no content has been watched; otherwise subscription fees are non-refundable.
