Wild Earth subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via a self-serve online flow: log in, click Manage Subscriptions, select the subscription, choose Cancel, provide a reason, and confirm. No advance notice period is required and there is no cancellation fee. Subscribers can also skip or delay individual shipments at any time from the same account portal. Refunds are governed by a separate Happiness Guarantee: for first purchases only, customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order if their pet does not enjoy the product (limited to one bag/jar/unit per product type); general returns of unopened items are accepted within 45 days but return shipping and processing fees are deducted from the refund.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
