How hard is it to cancel Whimsical?

Whimsical subscriptions can be cancelled entirely online by a workspace admin via Settings > Billing > Cancel subscription — no phone or email channel is offered. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with full feature access retained until then and all files preserved indefinitely. Refunds are issued at Whimsical's sole discretion; there is no stated standard refund or proration policy. No subscription pause/freeze option is documented.
