How hard is it to cancel Wellhub (Gympass)?
Wellhub (Gympass) scores 79/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
Cancellation is self-serve via the Wellhub app (Profile > Settings > Account > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription) or via web account, with a dedicated cancel portal at subscription-management.gympass.com/cancel. Cancellation must be completed at least 3 business days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle; the plan remains active through the end of the current paid period. Wellhub explicitly states no refunds or credits are issued upon cancellation and no proration applies for unused days in the current period. There are no enrollment or cancellation fees.

- Pause/freeze: available — Pause available via the app (Profile > Settings > Account > Manage Subscription > Pause Subscription). Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
