Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly plans) or commitment period (multi-month plans). Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins, with limited exceptions for medical reasons, relocation, or a state-mandated 3-day cancellation window on initial purchase. No membership pause or hold feature is offered.
