How hard is it to cancel Webafrica?

Webafrica operates on a calendar-month cancellation basis: the service stays active until the end of the notice period then deactivates. Cancellation requests are submitted through the support team (including WhatsApp/help portal); a standard fibre termination fee of R999 applies and free-to-use routers must be returned within 20 days of deactivation or be billed at retail value.
