WazirX ZERO is a monthly subscription at ₹99 plus taxes that renews automatically. To cancel, users must open the WazirX app, navigate to Settings → WazirX ZERO → Switch to Pay Per Trade, and confirm with 2FA and email verification. If cancelled mid-cycle, the zero-fee benefits continue until the active billing period ends, after which standard per-trade fees apply. No refund policy for the subscription fee is disclosed in the official documentation.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
