Cancellation stops auto-renewal from the next billing date, and the paid period remains accessible until it expires, there is no immediate termination. A full refund (청약 철회) is available within 7 days of purchase if no content has been viewed; after use, refunds are calculated on a prorated daily basis with a 10% administrative fee deducted for user-initiated refunds, and the company must issue the refund within 3 business days via the original payment method. Telecom-bundled subscriptions (SKT, KT, LG) must be cancelled through the respective carrier.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
