How hard is it to cancel Watcha?

Watcha subscriptions can be cancelled self-serve via the mobile app (Profile > Subscription Info > Cancel) or the web (My Watcha > Change and Cancel Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no refund for unused days; however, an immediate early-termination option is available under which usage fees (₩2,000 per video watched) and a 10% penalty are deducted before any refund is issued within 3 business days. Apple App Store and Google Play subscribers must cancel through their respective platform settings. No subscription pause or freeze feature is offered.

Personal data submitted at registration is retained for a legally mandated period then destroyed.
