Wantable members can cancel automatic shipments at any time by logging into their account, navigating to the Plans page, clicking the pencil icon under Order Frequency, and following the prompts; cancellation can also be done by calling or emailing customer service. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling automatic shipments does not cancel any already-pending Edit orders, which cannot be stopped once shipped. Members may alternatively pause their subscription between Edits to retain their style profile.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
