Walmart+ can be cancelled online via account settings (Account > Walmart+ > Manage Membership > Cancel) or by calling customer care at 800-924-9206. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so benefits remain accessible until that date. The membership fee is generally non-refundable; exceptions apply when switching to a qualifying discounted plan (e.g., Student plan), where a prorated refund of the unused portion is issued. Members may also pause the membership for one month at a time, up to three times per year, as an alternative to cancellation.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
