How hard is it to cancel VSCO?
VSCO scores 70/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in-app, online (self-serve).
VSCO memberships subscribed via iOS or Android must be cancelled through the respective device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings, not from within the VSCO app itself. Web (Stripe) subscribers cancel via vsco.co > Account > Subscription > Manage Billing in the Stripe portal. VSCO cannot issue refunds directly; refunds must be requested through Apple, Google, or Samsung (Google Play allows refund within 48 hours of purchase). No pause option is offered, and deleting the VSCO app or account does not automatically cancel an active membership.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
