VOXI offers rolling 30-day SIM-only plans with no long-term contract; customers can cancel anytime by signing in to their VOXI account online, via the app, by calling 0808 004 5205, or by texting PAC/STAC codes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 30-day billing period if actioned before the renewal date, with no charge for the following period. Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
