Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 30-day billing period if actioned before the renewal date, with no charge for the following period. Customers who left within the past 60 days can request a refund of remaining credit and unused bundle allowances via online chat. PAC and STAC codes to port or abandon a number can be obtained online in the 'Leave VOXI' account section, by phone, or by text.

- Account/data deletion: VOXI acknowledges the GDPR right to erasure. Customers can request data deletion by contacting the Customer Services team via voxi.co.uk/contact-us or emailing [email protected].
