How hard is it to cancel Vodafone Türkiye?
Vodafone Türkiye scores 59/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the TR, a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via phone, in person, online (self-serve), email, postal mail.
Vodafone Türkiye subscribers can cancel their line via phone (542), visiting a store in person, the e-Devlet government portal, the online account portal, or TOBi chatbot; corporate customers may also use fax. The operator is required to process the cancellation within 7 days of receiving the written request. Customers on commitment-period contracts who terminate early are billed the lesser of: the total value of discounts and devices already received, or the remaining monthly fees through the contract end date. No formal service pause option exists; a line restriction feature is available but triggers a reactivation fee.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
