How hard is it to cancel Vodafone Romania?
Vodafone Romania scores 51/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the RO — a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via phone, email, online (self-serve), in person, postal mail.
Customers must submit a cancellation request (reziliere) at least 30 days before the desired termination date; service continues and the final month is billed normally. Requests are accepted by phone (*222), email ([email protected] for mobile; [email protected] for fixed/TV), via the MyVodafone online account/app, in person at any official Vodafone store (not franchise locations), or by registered mail with proof of receipt to Vodafone's Bucharest headquarters. Per ANCOM regulations Vodafone cannot impose arbitrary termination fees, but may recover remaining subsidised device installments or previously waived installation costs for early exits during the minimum contract period. No self-serve one-click cancellation flow is publicly documented; cancellation requires a written request through one of the stated channels.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
