Vodafone Italia customers can cancel (disdetta) by calling 190, submitting an online form at the vodafone.it support portal, visiting a store, sending registered mail (A/R) to Casella Postale 190, 10015 Ivrea (TO), or via certified PEC email ([email protected]) — all channels require a copy of the customer's identity document and tax code. Cancellation takes effect within 30 days of Vodafone receiving a complete request. For contracts concluded at a distance or off-premises, the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Italian Codice del Consumo Art. 52) grants a 14-day right of withdrawal with a full refund issued within 14 days via the original payment method. Early cancellation may trigger residual device-installment charges, an activation contribution, or a fixed-line deactivation fee if cancelled before 24 months; Italy does not mandate a one-click online cancel button equivalent to Germany's §312k, so no self-serve termination button exists.
