Vodafone Germany provides an online cancellation form ('Einfache Kündigung') at vodafone.de/einfache-kuendigung.html, a multi-field web form (no login required) that satisfies the §312k BGB Kündigungsbutton obligation; cancellation can also be made by phone (mobile: 0800 2030 307; cable/internet: 0800 7239 656), by post to Vodafone GmbH Kundenbetreuung, 40875 Ratingen, or via the MeinVodafone customer portal. The standard notice period is 1 month; after the minimum contract term (typically 24 months) the contract auto-extends to indefinite duration and may be cancelled with 1 month's notice at any time. Refund obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice, with pro-rated reimbursement for unused prepaid service days.
