How hard is it to cancel ViX?
ViX scores 85/100 (grade A) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — among the most clearly documented cancellation policies we've scored. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), app-store, third-party-billing.
ViX Premium offers self-serve cancellation: on the ViX website you open 'Your Subscriptions', find ViX Premium and turn off auto-renewal, or use the cancellation page and click 'Cancel my subscription' then follow on-screen steps. ViX clearly discloses platform-specific cancellation channels (ViX website, Google Play, Apple App Store, Roku, Samsung, Amazon Appstore, Mercado Libre); subscribers billed by a third party must cancel through that provider. After cancellation you keep ViX Premium until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds: ViX states it does not offer refunds except where required by law, with a documented first-month full refund only for new subscribers in Mexico who cancel within the first 5 business days. Account/data deletion is a distinct flow under 'My Account' > 'My Data' > 'Delete my account', and ViX notes deleting data does not cancel billing.
