Vivint customers cancel by calling 1-800-216-5232, after which an agent emails a notice of cancellation that the customer must sign. Cancellation requests may be subject to early termination or other fees per the Vivint service agreement, and customers remain responsible for the remaining balance on any financing agreement unless cancelling within three days of signing.
