Vital Proteins offers an auto-renewing subscription that can be cancelled at any time through the 'Manage Subscription' section in the customer's online account (select Manage > Cancel Subscription). Cancellations require at least three business days' notice before the next scheduled ship date to receive a full refund; orders cancelled within that window will still ship and are non-refundable. Customers may also skip or delay upcoming orders by changing the order date in their account, and can reach support by phone at (224) 544-9110 or email at [email protected].
