How hard is it to cancel Visme?
Visme scores 84/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), third_party_store.
Visme Premium is cancelled self-serve on the web via the workspace name > Settings > Cancel Subscription, and users must complete a required questionnaire to finalize it (skipping it leaves the subscription active). iOS and Android subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple ID settings or Google Play respectively. Cancelling turns off auto-renewal but premium access and editing continue until the end of the current billing period, after which the account downgrades to Free (Basic). No partial refunds or proration apply except pro-ration when upgrading mid-cycle; Visme may grant other refunds at its discretion upon application. Users are advised to export projects before cancelling.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
